The language course

On Monday 4th of September my language course started. On Monday we had just a test by which we were later divided into different level groups. I realized in that test that I have forgotten a lot of GermanL The course has altogether 16 meetings each four hours. Next to that there will be quite a lot of homework to do… I’m putting a lot of effort to it as I really need to improve my German before the lectures start.

Totally there is some 100 people in the language course. In my group there are 26 people from a lot of different countries. I have also already met 5 Finnish persons. One of them actually live right under me so there is some mental support if there comes those moments when feeling homesick:)

Next to language course the first week went quite fast with running from office to office. UUU Yeah, German bureaucracy:) Well, now I have ALMOST J all those things done. During the first week I also managed to do some sightseeing in Berlin. I also went to some bars and nightclubs with the people from the course. The first image about Berlin nightlife is that it’s something that I haven’t seen beforeJ There are SO many bars and cafes and nightclubs that I can’t believe. Every day and evening there is happening something worth of visiting… So I think that I won’t feel bored:)
